Returns/Exchanges
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to seasonsreturns@gmail.com and we will process a return on your behalf.
If a defective part is found during the warranty period and the customer notifies us immediately, the seller will repair or replace the part based on his sole discretion. This warranty will be void if any repair or change is performed or has been performed by any third party aside from an authorized dealer or service center.
Return Process/Policy
When emailing our team, please provide the following information:
- Name and email address
- Order number
- Item(s) and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return
- If order is damaged, defective or wrong
- Provide damaged, defected or wrong item’s pictures within 24 hours of when the purchase is received. We will always try and help our customers come up with the best solution by replacing the parts or wrong items
- Describe the problem (include part numbers if possible)
- We will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement. The costs of return shipping are deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
Seasons 4 All may refuse the return of an item if there are missing parts, the product was damaged during the return process due to poor packaging, the product has been used or the product is different then the product that was originally ordered.
Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process your returned merchandise.
Our Free Shipping pertains to curbside pickup ONLY!
The costs of return shipping are deducted from your refund or merchandise credit. In many cases, refunds are not processed until the item has been inspected by us in our warehouse.
If the customer is not available at the time of delivery any return fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Returned items must not have been installed or modified, and all additional parts, accessories, and instruction manuals must be included to receive a full refund.
Items marked as special order items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment date, but will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.
Order(s) over $5,000 are also subject to restocking fees at the discretion of Seasons 4 All.
Any outbound shipping costs paid on the original order will not be refunded.
Refund will be issued using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item(s). For example, if you used credit card A, refund will only be issued to credit card A. We cannot refund to credit card B, send a check or return to a different account.
All types of refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
Warranty
All our products are warranted by the manufacturer, unless noted otherwise on our site. The warranty period and service may vary depending upon manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after the 30-day period has expired, please contact manufacturer directly. We can provide manufacturers information.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS PAST 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations
Any order may be cancelled before it has entered the shipping phase of processing. Back-orders or in-stock items may be cancelled, as long as it has not been packaged for shipping. Please email us at seasonsreturns@gmail.com
Any orders canceled or refused after the item(s) already shipped out will be charged for the initial shipping and all applicable return shipping charges and restocking fees.
If a shipment is refused or the recipient requests added services or a redelivery, or change of address at the time of the scheduled delivery, charges due to the refusal or the added services will be billed to the customer.
“Free-shipping” covers all standard shipping and handling charges to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, address correction fee, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, that get applied to the shipment after release.
